What motivates you in life? My passions (Wife, Children, Medicine, Working out/ Racquetball)Why do you want to lose weight or be healthier? Tired of being tired. Don't like belly touching my shirts, pants too big- worse not better since gaining 25 pounds a few years ago.
Goals you like to accomplish in next two months? Already lost 10+ in past 2 months- suck! Get weight to 220-225. Belly off shirts, waist back to 36-38... While using a reasonable exercise and diet program. Get Carbs under better control- KEY.
Why are you going to win the competition? I don't like to lose :)
